To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, please read our policies carefully.

Check-In & Check-Out
- ✓Check-in time: 12:00 PM (Noon) onwards.
- ✓Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- ✓Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
- ✓Valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID) mandatory at check-in.

Payment Policy
- ✓No advance payment required to confirm a booking made on this website.
- ✓Full payment collected at property upon check-in.
- ✓Accepted: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Card.
- ✓Invoice and receipt provided upon request.

Cancellation & Modification
- ✓Cancellations must be communicated by phone or WhatsApp at least 24 hours before check-in.
- ✓Since no advance is collected, there is no refund process — just inform us to cancel.
- ✓Walk-in bookings accepted subject to room availability.
- ✓To modify dates, contact us via phone or WhatsApp as early as possible.

Guest Conduct
- ✓Smoking strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
- ✓Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not permitted in rooms.
- ✓Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay.
- ✓Management reserves the right to request guests to vacate for inappropriate behavior.

- ✓Pets are not allowed inside the property.

Security & Safety
- ✓CCTV cameras are operational in all common areas.
- ✓Guests must lock their room doors when leaving.
- ✓Valuables may be handed to reception for safekeeping.
- ✓Contact reception immediately in case of any emergency.

- ✓Wi-Fi access subject to availability; speed may vary.
- ✓Power backup available for essential lighting and fans.
- ✓Room service timings: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
- ✓Parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
